The Product is educational information about behavioral and psychological patterns related to money. It is not individualized financial, investment, tax, legal, medical, or mental-health advice, and it does not create any professional or advisory relationship between you and Life Reset™.

The Product does not tell you what to invest in, what assets to buy or sell, how to file your taxes, or what medical or mental-health treatment to pursue. It is not a substitute for a licensed financial planner, accountant, attorney, physician, or therapist. Nothing in the Product should be relied upon as professional advice for your specific situation.

You remain solely responsible for your own financial decisions and outcomes. Any action you take based on the Product is strictly at your own risk. You should consult a qualified professional before making financial, tax, legal, or health decisions.

When you purchase the Product, Life Reset™ grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to download, read, and print the Product for your own personal use. This license is for you as an individual and does not transfer to anyone else.

You may not redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, lend, copy, upload, share publicly, or commercially distribute the Product or any part of it. This includes posting the files online, sharing download links publicly, distributing copies to others, or incorporating the content into a product or service you sell or give away. Making copies for your own personal use (such as printing worksheets for yourself) is permitted; distributing those copies to others is not.

The Product and all content on the Site — including text, design, worksheets, the Money Leak Finder™, graphics, and the Life Reset™ name — are owned by Life Reset™ and protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws. All rights not expressly granted to you in these Terms are reserved. “Life Reset™” and related marks are trademarks of Life Reset™.

The Product is offered at the price displayed on the Site at the time of purchase (currently $27.00 USD). Payment is processed securely by Stripe. Immediately after a successful payment, you will receive access to download the Product on the confirmation page, and a delivery email containing secure, time-limited download links. The Product is delivered as a downloadable PDF designed to be read on any device or printed at home.

We want the Product to be genuinely useful. You have 60 days from the date of purchase to take the free Money Leak Finder™ and read the section for your top Leak. If the guide doesn’t name something real about how you actually experience money, email us for a full refund — no forms, no hoops. We’d rather refund you than have the toolkit sit unread in a downloads folder.

To request a refund, email us at support@liferesettoolkit.com within 60 days of purchase. Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe.

The Product describes behavioral patterns and a framework for organizing your financial decisions. We do not guarantee any particular financial result, outcome, income, savings, or change in your financial situation. Your results depend on your own circumstances, actions, and decisions, which are beyond our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Life Reset™ and its providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or the Product. Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Product or these Terms is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain liability limitations, so some of these limits may not apply to you.

We aim to keep the Site and Product available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. The Site may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or factors outside our control. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Site at any time without notice. Once you have purchased and downloaded the Product, your copy remains yours under the personal-use license.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. Your continued use of the Site or Product after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Life Reset™ operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Product will be resolved in the courts located in that state, and you consent to that jurisdiction. If a particular term is found unenforceable, the remaining Terms will continue in full effect.
