Privacy Policy

When you buy the Product, you voluntarily provide the contact and order details needed to complete the purchase and deliver your files. This typically includes your name, email address, and billing country. You are not required to create an account, and we do not ask you for a password on this Site.

You may also choose to contact us by email. Any information you include in that message is used only to respond to your request.

Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. When you check out, payment information is entered directly on Stripe’s secure checkout and is transmitted to Stripe — it does not pass through or get stored on our servers.

We do not collect, view, or store your full card number, card verification code, or banking credentials. Stripe provides us with a limited set of transaction details (such as a confirmation that payment succeeded, the amount, and a Stripe session identifier) so we can fulfill your order. Your use of Stripe is also governed by Stripe’s Privacy Policy.

To deliver and keep a record of your purchase, we store limited fulfillment data. This may include your email address, a Stripe session identifier, the payment status, the time of purchase, and a record that your download links were generated and sent. We use this to confirm your purchase, generate your secure download links, send your delivery email, and verify refund requests.

After a successful purchase, we send a delivery email to the address you provided at checkout. That email contains secure, time-limited links to download your digital Product. We use a third-party email delivery provider to send these messages on our behalf. We do not sell or rent your email address, and we do not add you to a marketing list when you purchase the Product.

Like nearly all websites, our hosting and server infrastructure automatically records basic technical information needed to operate the Site securely and reliably. This may include approximate IP address, browser type, referring page, timestamp, and the request path. This information is used to operate the Site, protect against abuse, and diagnose technical problems. It is not used to build an advertising profile of you.

The Product files are stored in a private, access-controlled location. They are not publicly listed or downloadable. Access is granted only through signed, expiring download links generated for customers who have completed a purchase. Each link is time-limited and intended for the purchaser’s personal use.

We rely on a small number of trusted providers to operate the Site and deliver the Product. These currently include:

• Stripe — payment processing.
• A cloud database and storage provider — storing fulfillment records and the private Product files, and generating signed download links.
• An email delivery provider — sending your purchase confirmation and delivery email.
• A web hosting / application platform — serving the Site.

Each provider processes information only as needed to perform its service for us, under their own privacy and security practices. We do not share your information with these providers for their own marketing purposes.

As of the date of this policy, the Site does not use the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, advertising cookies, or behavioral advertising tracking. We do not currently track you across other websites or show you targeted ads based on your activity on this Site.

If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in the future — for example, to understand Site traffic or measure the effectiveness of our marketing — we will update this policy first to describe what is collected, who receives it, and what choices you have. Any such change will take effect only after the policy is revised.

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information we handle. Payment details never reach our servers, Product files are stored privately with access controls, and download links are signed and expire. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we aim to use practices appropriate to the sensitivity of the information involved.

We keep fulfillment records only as long as needed to deliver the Product, handle refund and support requests, meet any legal or tax obligations, and maintain accurate business records. Server logs are retained for a limited operational period. Signed download links expire after their stated time limit; the underlying Product files remain available to you as described in the Product’s lifetime-access terms.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request access to, a copy of, or deletion of the personal information we hold about you, and to object to or restrict certain processing. Because we collect very limited personal information, these requests typically relate to your purchase and contact details. To make a request, email us at support@liferesettoolkit.com. We will respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity before acting on a request.

The Site and Product are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and the Product is not directed at minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide a more prominent notice. As described above, any introduction of analytics or advertising tracking will be reflected here before it takes effect. Your continued use of the Site after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
